The combined enterprise will possess an authorized share capital totaling $30 million.
ISEC Healthcare Ltd. has declared that its Malaysian affiliate has formed a joint venture (JV) partnership with Bond Infinity Sdn. Bhd. (Bond Infinity) to establish an ophthalmology center within the nation.
According to a stock exchange filing, the firm reported that ISEC Sdn. Bhd. (ISEC Malaysia) entered into this agreement. This subsidiary along with Bond Infinity plans to form a new joint venture entity named ISEC (Seremban) Sdn. Bhd., tasked with setting up, managing, and operating an eye care center in Seremban within the state of Negeri Sembilan.
The center will offer medical consultations and services, pending approval from all relevant authorities, including necessary licenses and permits as mandated by the Private Healthcare and Facilities Act 1998 of Malaysia.
