Sajid Khan Faces New Sexual Misconduct Allegations

Pakistan, April 29 -- Indian director Sajid Khan, sibling of Farah Khan, is once more facing controversy after TV actress Navina Bole alleged he sexually harassed her back in 2004.

Noted Bollywood director and former contestant of 'Bigg Boss,' Sajid Khan—who was earlier implicated in multiple sexual harassment cases involving several individuals such as Mandana Karimi, Saloni Chopra, Rachel White, Simran Suri, Aahana Kumra, Sherlyn Chopra, and late actress Jiah Khan amid the #MeToo campaign in India—has recently come under fire once again. This time, he faces accusations from television actress Navina Bole, known for her performances in shows like 'Miley Jab Hum Tum' and 'Ishqbaaaz.'

During her recent conversation with YouTube personality Subhojit Ghosh, Bole reminisced about her encounter with the 'Houseful' director back in 2004, when he reached out to talk about a potential project. She mentioned, “I know of this awful, dreadful person named Sajid Khan whom I’d prefer not to ever cross paths with. He truly went overboard by showing immense disrespect towards women.”

The actor remembered, "When he first contacted me, I felt very enthusiastic. But then he told me, 'How about taking off your clothes and sitting in your underwear so I can see how at ease you feel with yourself?' This happened around 2004 and again in 2006."

Fortunately, there was someone waiting for me downstairs. I wasn’t sure how to respond when he said, "What’s the issue? Do you perform wearing a bikini? That shouldn’t matter. Just relax and be yourself." I didn’t have an answer ready and told him that I’d need to head back home to change into a bikini if that’s what he wanted to see; otherwise, I couldn’t undress at the moment. Eventually, I found my way out of there,” Bole recounted.

She revealed that he must have called me—at least 50 times without exaggeration—to inquire about my whereabouts and why I wasn’t arriving.
